DIG-31631 Slimline SATA to Standard SATA Adapter
Designed for SATA Power/Data Ready Systems without Native Slimline SATA Connection
DIGISTOR offers cabling accessories, which allow a Slimline optical drives to connect via standard SATA power connection and standard 7-pin SATA data connection; a solution if your system doesnt have a native Slimline SATA port on the motherboard.
Convert Slimline SATA to Standard SATA using the DIG-31631 and a standard 7-pin SATA cable.
To use this product: simply plug the DIG-31631 cable into your Slimline SATA connection on your optical drive using the small tip, then connect the remaining end to your systems standard SATA power connection (larger tip). Next, connect your standard 7-pin SATA cable to your system and optical drive. Your drive is now connected and should be recognized by your system.
Note: this kit does not contain a 7-pin standard SATA cable for your data connection.

The DIG-31631 is a cable solution is designed to simplify integration of Slimline SATA ODD into systems without a native Slimline SATA power connector.
The smaller tip goes into the left side of the drives SATA port. The data connection is supplied by a standard 7-pin SATA cable, which connects to the right side of the power cable.
